About Course

This training will:

  • Provide participants a system for leadership that covers personal and public skill development based on the book, “Seven Habits of Highly Successful People” by Stephen Covey.
  • Provide an overview of best practices for establishing and maintaining successful teamwork in the workplace.
  • Teach you how to build a feedback friendly culture can help the organization avoid mistakes and allow new Ideas, Important Information, and positive and negative feedback to rise through levels of management to where appropriate decisions can be made for the betterment of the organization.
