About Course

This training will:

Provide participants a system for leadership that covers personal and public skill development based on the book, “Seven Habits of Highly Successful People” by Stephen Covey.
Provide an overview of best practices for establishing and maintaining successful teamwork in the workplace.
Teach you how to build a feedback friendly culture can help the organization avoid mistakes and allow new Ideas, Important Information, and positive and negative feedback to rise through levels of management to where appropriate decisions can be made for the betterment of the organization.

To gain an understanding of basic leadership principles.
To understand how these principles apply to many aspects of private and workplace life
To understand leadership responsibilities
To gain an understanding of current best practices.
To demonstrate how the 7 Habits may be Integrated into these best practices.
To understand the roles and responsibilities of teams, team participants, team managers and other administrators.
To learn methods on how best to chair team meetings to assure maximum participation.
To learn how to be an effective team member.
To help establish a feedback friendly environment that will benefit the organization.
To learn the value of creating a psychologically SAFE environment.
