Families Services Area Manager

Giving children a head start in health and addressing disabilities early can have a huge impact on lifelong wellbeing.

Healthy children are more likely to attend school and are better able to learn.

Welcome to Family Services

Family service focuses on supporting and building strong relationships with families, recognizing that parents are the first and most important teachers of their children. This component aims to provide families with opportunities to enhance their well-being and help them achieve their goals. This is done through a variety of services, including parent education and training, home visits, family goal-setting, and support for accessing community resources. Family service also aims to engage families in their child’s learning and development and empowers them to become advocates for their children and their communities. Overall, family service plays a vital role in promoting the social and emotional well-being of children and families, and ultimately supporting the long-term success of both.
